Chester Artists Association Next Meeting
Our November meeting of the Chester Artists will be November 20th. We usually meet on the second Friday, but there is a conflict for that date. So please mark the 20th down on your calendars. We will meet at the usual time 10am.
Our very own Gail Butler will be presenting the program.
Lets take a trip back in time, to our childhood, when colored pencils were our medium of choice. We will be using colored pencils on small wood slices. This is a great activity for those times when paint or pastel is to messy for your chosen workspace. Each artist will be provided a wood slice, twine and a felt backing. If you have a design in mind before you come that would be ideal. Freehand designs also work! Gail will have some designs you can use. Please bring your colored pencils if you have them, we will have some to share if you don’t! This will be a fun activity.
The meeting is at the Transformation RVA Church, 6000 Ironbridge Road, Richmond, VA 23234 (When facing the church park on the left side of the church, that leads to the Fellowship Hall.) at 10:00 AM.
